I need to get my daughters cell log from April 2024- January 2025 for a Court case. How can I go about to do this.
Since the ...... has happen we got her a new cell, that doesn't have all the info we need.

@Zianna , are you able to check the call logs on the phone? They should be there unless manually deleted. I have a call and text history that dates back many years on my phone.

I truly doubt PM keeps call log that far.
Try opening a ticket through chatbot. If that does not work send direct message to agent.

You can login to your account account and print the record for the last 90 days under Subscription>Usage Breakdown.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent for Usage Breakdown by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to supply record up to 1 year back.
