Hi, could you please tell me if I can buy an e-SIM from abroad (before I will arrive in Canada)?

Hi, thanks for your reply. For some reason, they can't accept my bank card.

Yes, you can buy an eSIM from Public Mobile before arriving in Canada, but activation typically requires you to be in Canada. While you can order the eSIM online, you’ll need to check to see if they provide a digital QR code for activation abroad. If not, you can activate it once you land. Don’t forget to check if your phone is eSIM compatible.

@Jayucko assuming you have your phone's App Store set to Canada, you will need to install the Public Mobile app and then purchase the eSIM through there. While going through the purchase process the app will verify if your phone is eSIM compatible and after completing the purchase you should receive an email with a QR code to scan which will setup the eSIM.

Sure you can, @Jayucko
However it'll only be able to be activated once within Canada.
