The website seems to be broken now. I can not see or change my base plan for the next month. Does anyone find the same thing?
I use Google Chrome in Ubuntu OS.

Yeah for some reason it was happening to me as well in my Chrome browser. After refreshing 5 or 6 times, it eventually worked. May just start to use firefox or safari to browse the site.

There def was an issue
Mine was not working as well, and today (31st) website has been taken down for an unexplained / unannounced maintenance

I just tried IE and FF in private mode, and can confirm that both displayed properly.
Must always remember to use private mode!

@zzzace2000 Working fine for me. Try using incognito/private browsing mode.

@zzzace2000, just went into the change plan page in both IE & FF, and in both cases, the page only shows the general messages. No actual ability to do any plan change.
