Hello, I purchased a phone off your site for reusable phones. I received a cell phone only to see that the touch screen doesn't work, so I cannot use it. What are the steps for me to receive a refund for my purchase or to receive a new phone replacement? Thank you.

Try doing a hard restart on your phone. Sometimes this will fix the non-responsive screen.
This other common problem is the screen protector will make the screen less responsive. You can change the sensitivity on your phone setting.
