Bonus data

So I finally got a chance to use my 250G of bonus data earlier this month at the cottage. BUT, I guess all I used was the 60G of my monthly plan up and now the bonus data is gone and my account is empty and I still have weeks to go before it renews. Thanks for nothing. WHY didn't it leave me with at least the 60G I pay for?? Boy, that was some reward, so generous!!

Are you reviewing your data usage on the app or website?

If it is on the website, refresh your browser. The PM app is up to date and go to Subscription>View Usage History and look for large data usage.

yes, the loyalty bonus has a 150 days expiration.  We got it around March, so by now, it would have been all expired.

you should have checked your account first before using the the regular 60GB

you can either buy 1GB extra , which cost a lot given only 1Gb, or you can ask PM to help to renew your plan early,which likely a better way
