I have personally used this model BlackBerry on Public. It was originally from Rogers which had pockets of band 7 LTE at the time, but that has since significantly expanded with other carriers, including, Telus, SaskTel, Bell etc.
You may find that you only see the LTE indicator in dense urban areas since the 2600mhz signal doesn't have the range of the lower frequencies, but it fully supports the 3G/4G frequencies so you should be just find for a good while yet.
The carriers are keen to deploy 2600mhz lte because it's commonly used as the second carrier of LTE-Advanced, where 2 bands are combined for increased speed.

Talk/text/HSPA data yes. PM LTE doesn't appear to be there.

@itsawesome1234 According to the list at: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-started it should work.
Compatibility list for that model shows:
Sub-model: SQN100-3 (Rest of World, Canada)
3G 850MHz, 1900MHz
4G LTE Band7-2600MHz
