Is there a # where a live agent will talk with you to resolve a billing question. This is very frustrating.

#611 will bring you to a self serve menu in which you can find out what you owe. What you pay. And what your plan includes. 

Or you can click the green bubble on the bottom right and ask to speak with an Agent.

You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator.
