@mimmo say that it takes at least 30 days for a refund. Better to leave the funds alone and use them to pay for your next 2 cycles.

Is the extra 2 times charge showed up as available fund in your account?
If yes, you can use the available fund to pay your next 2 renewals.
PM is a prepaid provider which is not set up for refund. If your request a refund, you may not see your money in 2 - 3 months. By then, you will use up the extra payments.

Is the other charges in your account balance?. If so you can keep the funds in there for future payment dates. It can take quite awhile for moderators to issue you a refund to your credit card. You would have to contact them about that..
