was account suspended or closed?
if you can still login My Account, then click Pay and Resume Services and make a manual payment to resume
if the account has been suspended for over 90 days, the account would have been closed and you won't be able to login. Try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC , enter your phone number and see if the system can locate the account. If it cannot, then the account was fully closed and cannot be reactivated. You will need to get a new sim card and activate a new account with a new number
