That I am being charged two times a month not sure why please explain

@Deb18  we are all customers here on this forum like you, but can you give an example of your billing?

However for detailed and accurate explanation you would need to use the chatbot symbol to create a ticket for someone at public mobile to review and advise.

Did you switch to another plan and picked to switch the new plan NOW?

If not, contact a CS_Agent and have them look into it for you.

@Deb18 are you seeing this on your online banking/credit card or through the PM account? Credit card companies typically show pending amounts and then when they get posted it might still be showing the pending line for around 24 hours but then that should come off. Another possibility, did you make any plan changes recently and selected the option to Change now? that would show another charge
