My bill was on autopay as of 21st of January but I didn't have funds in the account. If I were to put the funds in today will my bill still expire on the 21st? Meaning I would only get 3 weeks of service when my phone was cut off for a week or will it go from the 31st to the 31st now? So should I wait till tomorrow to get the new plan or can I pay my plan today and the new cycle date will change?

It's funny two years later and it's still an issue. I just wait until my plan expires or else I get double billed. But thanks

@Wheezser Sometimes, autopay doesn't work properly. In order to prevend such problems like yours, it is recommended to do manual payment even with enabled Autopay.
Add funds to account manually with $1 extra than you should pay and reactivate the service by clicking reactivate button in your self-service account. You will start a new 30 day cycle if now your account is suspended.

@Wheezser Based upon the what you are saying, your autopay failed. So , add the funds to your my account . Apply payment and use the reactivate account option . Your account should reset from today.

You will start a new 30 day term.
