My first payment was on March 31 when I first joined Public and I am on autopay. Then after that my payment history looks like this:
April 30
May 30
June 29
July 29
August 28
My next payment says SEPTEMBER 26
This does not look right to me, please help if someone has explanation. I expected the payment to be at the end of the month but it doesn't look like it????

Is the Sept 26 shown at the top of your overview page?
The date on the top your overview page is the payment due date.
Your renewal date is September 27 which fits in your renewal date nicely.

Public Mobile under Telus has never been a monthly service. They had 10, 30 & 90 Day Plans however all current plans are 30 days. Which means your renewal date will change because some months have 31 days.

Plans on pm are 30 days so your renewal date will change when there are more (31) or less (28/29) days in a month. Its a good idea to reset your data tracker when these months occur.

Your renewal will happen 30 after the last renewal it will be 27, the autopay should happen 26th just before midnight of 27
These are not monthly but 30 day plans.
