Billing Question – Need Help Understanding My Bill

I purchased the $20/month plan this January (originally $40/month with a 50% discount for 24 months). Could someone please help review my bill? I’m having difficulty understanding it. Thank you.

@jljl1 at 4:48am you had $10 available in your account but needed $20 so your account was topped up with your payment method on file $10 plus $1.30 tax, now funds available is $20. At 9:46am your account plan renewed for $20 leaving available funds at 0$.
