Bill suspend

I am out of the country for 1 month I would like to know if I can suspend the billing for that period.

Sure. Either turn off autopay or use the lost/stolen function if you have a balance that covers a renewal. Then when you come back you'll need to make a manual payment.

It only stops the renewal. There's no pro-rating on unused time.

 yes, you can.  But you can only suspend between end of your current cycle and the day you return ( you don't save money by suspending middle of your  current cycle)

You can prepare ahead to start the suspension starting from end of this cycle  by login to My Account, go to Payment page, manage payment and disable Pre-authorized payments
