I recently purchased a pre owned phone with the promise of a $30 bill credit but I have not received my credit, how do I get someone to help me get this?

I’m not sure if public mobile does bill credits.. maybe they do? Someone should reply with a solution pretty soon, that might’ve been a mistake. Feel free to put a check-mark if that helps.
