@Slav1 , use the chat link on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.  If there is an actual network problem, I doubt the agents will be able to do much other than to ensure that the problem has already been reported.  I hope your problem is resolve soon.

@Slav1 , it is doubtful that a local outage would last this long.  What device are you using?  Is it 4G compatible?  It is quite possible that you are seeing the effects of repurposing 3G spectrum for 4G/5G.  While the complete shutdown of the 3G network has not been announced, there is probably slow migration of 3G spectrum to 4G/5G.
