I’m trying to activate a phone and hit the wrong button (esim) that my phone cannot do. I ordered a SIM card but the app or website will NOT let me back to change it…what do I do?

Did you choose a plan and pay? When you get the sim then use the app to finish.

complete the activation first
then head to Telus or Koodo store and buy a sim card
then come back and submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to update the account with your sim card number
