Hello I have made 2 payments in the past 2 days to top off my account and change my plan.
My balance still shows 0$$$
I am unable to pay
I have no service

My account is suspended. I am unable to change plan. I sent $31 (3 times) by mistake. Still balance shows 0

Yes I have checked payment history....payment went Tru but balance is still 0$

Check the payment history in your self-serve and your cc statement as mentioned above. This will confirm that your payment went through but Available Funds didn't update.

I would also check your credit card statement to see if the transactions went thru, sometimes a simple address mix up won't allow the transaction to go thru on your credit card.
