After I change my plan at the last month cycle, the autopay reward not reapply after the month renewed. Can someone(Moderator) help me to look into it or give me some suggestion?

Hello @Meowington ,
Can you check your SELF SERVE account to check to see if you have Autopay enabled still?
You will find this on the OVERVIEW tab at the very bottom, called "dynamic Autopay".
If it is, then connect with the moderators to inquire about this.
