I have 2 phones, both on autopay on the same card. 1 payment was successful and 1 failed on the same day.Why?

Or perhaps TELUS is trying to alienate customers in an effort to eliminate PM altogether. Not happy.

yes, Autopay could be glitchy and payment fails occasionally. 😞 We are customers like you to, so some of us have the same issues sometimes

The payment method (NOT A CREDIT CARD) showed only one payment processed. No issue with funds available and manual payment was made with the same method.

@justacustomer for 1 payment went through but failed on the other one, this could be a decline on the credit card side. CC might see 2 payments and thought they were duplicated.
