Autopay doesn't work

I have a $25 plan currently. I had $2 in my rewards, and for some reason, it only topped up to $15 from my credit card. I had to manually add another $10 for the payment to go through.
Now that I check my account overview, it says the plan cost is $25 but when I go to the Manage Autopay page, it shows my plan cost is only $10. Why is that?
EDIT: I just checked my account now - like an hour later - and the issue seems to have been resolved by itself.

actually, i just checked again and it seems to have returned to $25, the issue is resolved, thanks tho!

@hellotata1, did you do a plan change from $15 to $25 plan? I am trying to make sense of why the auto pay system is looking for an amount different than the plan cost less rewards. If you can, please provide screen caps, blank out personal information.
