I've always been on Autopay. Credit card info has not changed. Autopay did not work. My account was suspended and therefore I have had no phone calls or texts for 2 days. How is this possible? I've gone into my account and paid myself with the same credit card that is registered. How long before my service is re-activated? How can this problem be resolved for the next payment? So frustrated...

Sorry to hear that the auto-pay did not go through properly. I would recommend you to send a message to the Moderators using the below link with your account details and problem and they will be able to re-activate your account from their end and also help you look into the auto-pay situation:
