You can do so via your SelfService Account. Select Payment and then Manage My Card to remove it.

Sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, from here, you can remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

You can log in to your self serve and turn it off.

You can dial 611 with your PM SIM in and turn it off.

You can dial 18554public from any phone and turn it off.

The last two you'll need your PIN.
