I recently upgraded my credit card to a new. I want to add the new one to my account but every time i try it tells me it won’t accept it. I’m using the same bank as i did before. the bank told me it should work. I’m confused on what to do

Ensure the card billing address matches what you are entering.
Use all caps in postal code with no spaces.
If you have a suite or unit #, leave that blank.
If after waiting, over 1 hour, from your last attempt and trying in incognito tab mode or through another browser, and still having issues, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

When you update your card, make sure not input your suite number if you living in apartment. Sometimes it is due to that reason you cannot update.

Try different browser.
Try to remove current card and add new one.
Do not try too many times or you will trigger fraud lock and then you will have to talk to agent.
