Hi, Public Mobile. I am unable to get a phone verification from Paypal. I called them. They said it is everything fine with the account and asked to call my phone service provider to make this option available. Could you please help? Thank you

Thank you for your reply. It is not about account verification. It is verified already. I changed the phone services provider keeping the same number and just need to verify the phone. No other method is available for that. I asked PP representative in person about that

Thanks. I was trying that. Removing and adding a new phone. Doesn't help really

Trying to do so 3 days one after another. I called Paypal. They directed me to Public mobile. With Bell I didn't have such an issue

@ILYA I'm currently getting verification codes from PP using Public Mobile so I Don't think it's a Public Mobile issue. My recommendation is to signup for PayPal again (remove it and then re-activate it), to see if it fixes the problem.

I got a verification text from PayPal yesterday so it should work!

Paylpal's SMS verification service is flaky. I would never get them when I was on Rogers, but I did on Telus.
You can switch your 2FA method on Paypal to Access token and use Norton's VIP Access app for the codes/
