Dear Team,
Unfortunately, my plan failed to renew today as Auto pay has failed. I tried to log in to the system manually and tried to make the payment and got this message -
Unable to Process Transaction
Sorry, your credit card was declined by your card provider, so this purchase could not be completed. Contact your card provider for more information. Please note this can result when multiple payments are made too close together.
So sad that this happened unexpectedly as I also have an phone interview scheduled today.
Can someone help?
I have registered my VISA Debit card with this account.

Submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. If you need to make a payment immediatley then you could purchase a voucher and call 611 or use recharge.com.

You could also purchase a voucher in-store or from https://www.recharge.com/en. I think you may be even able to call 611 to pay for it that too if I'm not mistaken.
