How can I cancel my order? Or without esim, how can I use your plan for 40gb 34dollars per month? Do I need to Sim? Where can I buy it?

@Irisim

If your phone isn’t eSIM compatible then pickup a SIM at your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10, Canadian Cell Supplies for $6.99 or Amazon for $4.99.

As a data point, Amazon Prime says they'll get me a PM SIM for $5+tax on Wed. Doesn't say how long I have to order.

                  Hello, to use the plan you can purchase a physical sim card for $10 online here:  https://store.publicmobile.ca/collections/sim-cards  You can also find a location near you to purchase a sim card in person here:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM

If you have a newer phone, it may have an eSim slot which you could use instead of a physical sim card.

Hey @Irisim ,

If you want a physical SIM card, there are 3 main ways you can purchase one.

  • You can buy it online from the public mobile site and they will mail it to you. It can take a few weeks to receive though. Other times, the delivery is quick.
  • You can buy it on Amazon. Usually delivery times are quick
  • You can buy on at a store that sells public mobile sim cards. To find out which stores sell them, you can go on the public mobile site and they will help you locate a store closest to you by entering your postal code. Here is the link: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/pick-up-SIM
