App does not open

When I click on the home screen to open the app, all I get is a black screen. Why won’t the app open? Nor does it open from the App Store (iPhone).

You will need the latest iOS 26.2 on your iPhone.

If your iPhone on iOS 16.7.12 then your iPhone is older than iPhone 11 and will not update to iOS 26.2.

What iPhone do you have?
