@familleffe right now just the $25 credit, but I guess you'll have to wait and see on Black Friday (November 23), and then possibly something on Cyber Monday (November 26).  Fingers crossed hopefully something good pops up.

Log into your self-service account and signup for the new plan and choose "change on renewal date".  At your next monthly renewal date you will have the new plan and billing.  If you choose to change it now, you will be charge for a full month and lose any balance on your current monthly contract.

The plans are better then when I signed up tho. Is it possible to get the plans being offered now and upgrade? How would you do this?

Hi 🙂 Thank you for reaching out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you 🙂

You can always setup a new plan for you next renewal date just like that:

1-Log in at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/.
2-On the Overview, click Change Plan.
3-Select a Day Pass and plan options for each type of usage.
4-Submit the order effective immediately OR ***at the start of your next billing cycle date***

@CS_AgentThese "special offer" promotions do not require (or even allow) the user to "select a day pass", these offers do not extend to the plan builder where the option of 30/90 day resides. They are only offered as a 30 day "pre-configured" plan.

It is extremely unfortunate the promotional offers do not extend to 90 days.

How many customers flip out when their auto-pay fails, or see account suspended, expired, service stops working at renewal, data does not reset at renewal, etc. There could be the potential for 1/3 less complaints and angry customers if they could just explain how a 90 day plan works and start extending the promotion to 90 days.

Hi and welcome.

To take advantage of referring yourself you will need to get a new sim and activate it while still keeping your current sim active, which will require a different email address as well. Unless you need 2 phones I do not see how this would be beneficial.

So far as new promo's, they started 3 today, not huge but extra data on some plans for the same $ amount.

Looks like we only have the $25 sign up and a $35 for 1.5gb deal, $40 for 5gb and $45 for 6.5gb.

The $35 is a very small step in the right direction for the users that do not want to be on a big gig plan. Still looking for other options and availability in the 90 day plan.

Not even talking about the data bucket, if there are failures at renewals, let me be on a 90 day plan to have 1/3 the possible issues.

Currently it's just the $25 thing. Plans aren't super attractive.
