Anniversary points

I've been with public mobile since February 19 2019,  it says you get 5 points for every 12 months, shouldn't i get 35 points? I  only received 5

the Anniversary point is just 5 points every time they add to you.  And it is added every 12 months

so, you don't get more just because you are here longer.   You still get 12 points
