Alberta Diff between Koodo and PM frequencies?

Long story short, I was on the bell network in Calgary AB and switched one of my 2 phones over to koodo. I did speed tests side by side and the koodo phone was way slower. 112M vs 37M but I though ya what ever its cheaper so who cares. so now I found this site www.willmyphonework.net and I'm thinking I found out why bell LTE was faster. According to this site:

bell operates on: Band17-700MHz, Band4-AWS, Band2-1900MHz, Band7-2600MHz

koodo operates on: Band4-AWS

public mobile operates on: Band17-700MHz, Band4-AWS, Band2-1900MHz, Band7-2600MHz

Does any of this make sense? Is koodo really only LTE4? If so, if I come to PM my speeds should go back up to bell speeds right?

That website is listing incomplete information.  Public Mobile is owned by Telus, as is Koodo.  All three use the exact same network.

As for Bell using different frequencies for LTE, Bell and Telus have had a longstanding tower sharing arrangement.  They fully share their HSPA networks, but it's not really clear to me if they are sharing all LTE towers as well.
