How do i get customer agent support....when I login with my account info it changes my location from Alberta to Ontario and rhen i have no access to my account

I do not think the province change matters. But if you cannot login My Account, try login again using browser with Incognito mode. And use Public Mobile app to login if you have not tried yet.
