Greetings, I am stuck in a bit of a difficult situation. I had to factory reset my phone, and with that I lost my eSIM (Pixel 7a). The problem I now have is that the email account i have is protected with 2FA and I can't get this code because it's send to my phone number that isn't currently on any device. How can I address this issue? I need the eSIM restored but can't get into my public account because the email needs to be validated and I can't access the email account. Please help!

Download the PM app back to your phone then login to your account and have the 2FA code sent to your email then purchase a new eSIM…it should be free if you are replacing the old eSIM.

I had to reset it via 'Lost my Phone' and that's not an option. I did get the phone back though!

Unfortunately that wasn't an option in my circumstance.

Next time when you factory re-set make sure you click on the keep e-sim option. Read the following I cut and pasted from google.
. During the reset process, you are given the option to "Keep eSIMs and Erase Data" to avoid deletion.

@ziggysanderson When do factory data reset it will wipe the eSIM from phone , so if you need help getting back into your account only support can help and you need to rebuy eSIM and it should be free at check out if not support can credit you the $ back
