I called 2 weeks ago for additional SIM card. I was told to apply online what I did never get back from you. Could you please update. Am I getting it or not?

To purchase a new sim card online from the Public Mobile website, go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-started and click on the option of "order SIM online".

@ValeriyP you can order a sim online of go to Walmart mobile or wowbmiblie and buy a sim. You then login to selfserve click plan then click change sim.

I am an exisitng customer looking for replacement of my old Sim card to the micro nano one. How can I do that? I find this site and the support provided very cumbersome - thinking about switching to another company.

If you are already a client of Public Mobile, you can ask for a FREE replacement SIM card. Follow steps explained here.
For new customers, please note that Public Mobile is currently in BETA.
They are temporarily accepting new customers only by invitation.
To join the BETA phase, you must register here : http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/beta
You will be contacted by email within a few weeks. Once you receive your invitation code, you will be able to subscribe on Public Mobile and order a free of charge SIM card.
For now, there is no faster way to subscribe on Public Mobile. They are in BETA to make sure everything works perfectly before the official launch.
