Adding minutes to phone

Hello is there anyone else not able to add minutes to there phone to 

I can’t add minutes to my phone all day I got minutes from 2 different places 

I need help please

Adding funds from a voucher to your Public Mobile account do not give more minutes if you're ran out on a plan that includes a limited amount of minutes. To do that, you would need to either ask the moderators to renew your plan early or purchase the  500 minutes for $5 add-on.

@popping @JoyLuck I think he means voucher. His last line was "got minutes from 2 different places"

So you bought a voucher? Are you certain it is a Public Mobile voucher and not something like PC Mobile?

How are you trying to add it?

Have you tried both ways? Dialing 611 and logging into your account clicking make a payment?

Where did you get the voucher? From a gas station / corner store? Or is it a top up card?

Some printout vouchers become active within minutes ,15, 30 or an hour. Other top up card may be 24 hours.

Buying add-on is a 2 step process:

1.  Add enough fund to your account to purchase the add-on.

2.  Buy the add-on you want with the available fund fund in your account.

Could you give us more details?

Are you trying to purchase an add-on?

Are you trying to change plans?

Are you on a limited plan and need more minutes?
