Hi i purchased an add-on March 9, it expired march 19, 10 days later it expired.
How are the 10 days calculated is it from the time the add-on is purchased, is by the hour or by day.
e.g March 9 at 3 o'clock to March 19 3 o'clock.

hi, i believe that all add-ons expire at the end of X amount of use or 10 days wherever comes first where X =amount of minutes or data that your purchase only the canadian and usa long distance add on expire when you use all the minutes

Ok, i guess the smart thing to do, to maximize your add-on is to get it as early in the day as possible. So if i purchased the add-on March 9 at 2 o'clock it must have expired March 18 at midnight.

Also, remmeber that cell phone companies typically bill you for a full day for any partial day of use. This means that enabling a 10-day add-on at 9am or 10pm would both be counted as a full day once midnight strikes.

Unfortunately its not by the hour, rather by the dates, so midnight of the day.
