I posted the same issue in a thread earlier this morning. I followed the steps as outlined by @imm1304 in this post, and am still experiencing the same issue.
I also PM'd the moderators but have yet to hear a response.

@Lolivero, this seems to be an ongoing issue for the last couple of days and it seems the only fix is to message at Mod as @imm1304 has suggested and they can add the addon to your account.(As long as you have the amount required for the addon in available funds)

Hi @Lolivero!
The add-on system is programmed to deduct from the "Available funds" you have topped up.
So, if there were no funds in your account, then you are directed to top up first. Once topped up, you should go to the buy add-ons page and complete the transaction.
If my suggestion is not helpful, the only way forward is to send a private message to @CS_Agent. Provide them with your phone number and tell them which add-on you want. One of the mods will be able to help you with this.
