Activation

  • I tried activating my PM sim on Thursday and received error code 837 
  • However my cellular on phone shows it’s with Public Mobile. I can email and send some texts although other texts are “not delivered”. 
    I haven’t been billed yet by public mobile. 
    not sure if the activation was completely successful and what else I need to do to be able to text. 
    any help is appreciated.

PM support is a CS_Agent (customer service agent). You can contact them by submitting a ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.

@Arebizant if they haven't bill yiu, it should not work 

 

Error 837 is usually issue with credit card or wrong porting info entered 

 

best to message PM support to clear the situation first
