If you were trying to activate your SIM, you may have timed out during the process.
Now that it has been a couple of hours try again (if you get this invalid SIM message) wait 50 minutes for the system to reset.
When you try, clear your browser history and open a tab incognito mode (these tricks usually help things go smoother).

How far did you get in the process. Is your phone unlocked? Are you in Chrome or incognito to activate? If your payment went through then I would turn your phone off and back on and see if that helps. If not then wait an hour and try again as you may be locked out from too many tries. It can be a bit frustrating to activate...but hang in there, and if nothing works I would contact a Moderator through the question bubble at the bottom of the page.

Did it work initially then process got interrupted? If so Wait an hour and try again.

You tried entering the SIM number on the back of the SIM Card?
Did you receive the "Invalid SIM" message on your first try?
Or did you try more than once to activate?
