Activation sim

Tryed to activate sim card and then something went wrong at the payment part and when I tried to do it again it said Sim is invalid. Please how do I fix this

Close your browser window.  Restart the activation again.  Good luck

Which browser are you using?

I know Chrome works.

That sometimes happens.  Try to close web brower and restart browser.  Or clear cache.  Or go to incognito mode.  Or even can try a different browser.  Usually one of these things work.
