Hello,
Have you just ported your number from Bell to Public Mobile? If so, it is not unusual to be able to make outgoing calls on one telephone line, but receive calls on another one. Eventually, the problem will be rectified by the system.

On a changé Carte SIM...
Texto fonctionne mais pas la ligne téléphonique.
Anciennement chez bell, le téléphone a été déverrouiller avec succès sur son SAMSUNG GALAXY
mais la ligne ne fonctionne toujours pas.
