I am trying to activate my number outside of Canada. Which seems not working. I would like to get immediate help with this as I don’t want to lose my number which I ported from Fido

As long as you kept up with your monthly payment or your account is on pause (suspended) LESS than 90 days. You won’t lose your number.

I just want to confirm that I have my number still intact. Like I don’t want to lose it since I am not activated.

Unfortunately you can’t activate your SIM outside of Canada because a 2FA code will be required to complete the activation.
You need to do this when you return to Canada.
