I completed the information to transfer my number but it brought me back to the page and when I input my number it says it is invalid. It will not allow me to bypass that step. I have received the confirmation from my previous provider to transfer the number. How do I bypass this to complete my activation?

Some numbers can’t be ported over to PM.
Check to see if it is portable:

If it can be ported over, make sure your previous account is active and reply with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in the phone.
If all fails, click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.
