Activation Problem

Hi, I just got my new sim card and while I am trying to activate it I put my card details and it won't process everything I right down is fine I've tried 3 different cards and they all say please correct mistakes in red but nothing is red? so I don't know what to do.

Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache,cookies, Try refresh.Try again.

@raveerdhillon   before you try again, make sure PM didn't charge any of your credit cards

 

Also, at which step you got the error?  Step 1 ? or further?

 

I suggest you to try to use Incognito mode to try activate again

 

If it still fails, you can try to message PM Support and have them to investigate

@raveerdhillon hi try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser in ingognito mode reboot and try again
