As I activated a new Sim Card, at the very end "Something went wrong". I tried to restart the activation but the Sim was being shown "Invalid". I tried testing the sim to see if it works, and yes, the sim is active with the number that I want.
The problem is that I can't get access to my account using my username and password. When I enter "Forgot my password", it asks me to enter the e-mail address of my account. When I do so, it says that my e-mail is not on file. (NO! I'm not using a different e-mail. I'm using the same one that I activated my sim with). Anyone else face this issue?

The SIM might not have been activated, but because you wrote the SIM number in the forum and proceeded to the next page, it is still temporarily in the system.
Be patient, wait roughly an hour and try the registration process again.

@adeelb06 Try going to My Account --> Create an Account and creating a new account with your email address and Public Mobile phone number, it might not have been created when you registered your SIM.

@adeelb06 On top of what @computergeek541 said, when you do get acces to your acount, you should check if everything is set up as you entered it during activation.
- Was auto pay set up? If so, there should be a $2 credit in your account.
- Did you get a text with a PIN? Is it the same PIN you entered?
- If you had a referral, you should get the Referral bonus within 72 hrs.
Basically the same thing happened to me a few weks ago.

That sounds like it can be frustrating. But, at least it sounds like your service is working fine.
I would try the self serve account registration process. https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If that doesn't work, you will need the help of moderators. They can be contacted by clicking on this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
