Activation / Payment issue

Hello, I purchased a Public Mobile SIM and plan, but I did not complete the activation and no service has been used. I would like to request a refund to my original payment method. I understand the SIM card itself may be non-refundable, but I am requesting a refund for the plan balance. Thank you.
