If you know someone that has recently joined Public Mobile and you forgot to include your activation code to get the $10 credit is it too late to receive it? Or can it only be applied when you sign up?

Hi @Chris76 yes, there are quite a few new activations forgetting or not able to add Referral Code from a family or friend.
If you were the one who was referred by friend and forgot to include your friend's Referral Code, then You contact the moderators, as already suggested above, to add your friend's Referral Code to your account. You will then get a one-time $10 credit on your account and your friend will get a Refer-a-friend reward $1 every 30 days as long as your account is active.
But if you are the one who referred your friend, then Your Friend should be the one to contact the moderators. Use the links already provided by @esjliv above to contact the moderators.

The new customer can ask the moderators to apply a referral code to their account.

Ask the moderators to add it on for you after the fact. The person using the code (the referee) must contact the moderators to get it added.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1 - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot or link:
