I paid for $24.00 plan with 4 GB data on Feb. 21,2024. The charges went through on my credit card and SIM card was mailed to me. When I activated my SIM on Mar.01,2024 the system is not showing that payment. Instead it is asking for reactivating the plan by making payment. Need help to solve this issue.

Do you see the approved charge on your credit card today still?
If so submit a ticket here.
