Hi there,
I purchased this plan during a promotional offer on January 28th. However, when I attempted to activate the plan, I discovered that my phone is not eSIM compatible, despite the initial confirmation that it was.
Consequently, I bought a SIM card and have been trying to activate it and port my number for the past 10 days. Unfortunately, the app is not functioning properly, which is quite frustrating.
can anyone help please!
