I have received the SIM card and tried to activate it online but the request has failed. What should I do ?

If you were unable to activate your SIM card online, please private message me your SIM card number.

I had the same problem when I was activating my SIM card too. It worked after I tried activating several times. It's definitely a bug that hopefully gets resolved. Don't give up. Public Mobile is worth it. Hope it works out for you.

Definitely a hassle!
That message usually means your activation got hung up after the SIM was registered. You will need help from a moderator, @Shazia_K or @Mary_M. They have left for the day so check back from time to time tomorrow.

I tried again but this time it says "Invalid SIM". I want to give up. it's too much hazzle 😞

If you have a failed activation, we suggest that you clear your browser/cash and try again. You can also try using a different browser.
